- How can we ask for an estimate?
- We can offer estimates more smoothly if we have as much information as possible, such as the steel grade, shape, dimensions, length and required mechanical properties. However, even if such information is not yet decided, we can make proposals based on consultation contents. For more information, please contact one of our salespeople.
- What happens if we are far away?
- We can serve customers located far away.
Since we have strong connections with transportation companies in each region, we can deliver products to customers in the Honshu, Shikoku and Kyushu regions. Please feel free to contact us for consultation.
- Tell us about the reference period from order to delivery.
- We basically need 3 months to deliver products after receiving an order.
*It takes about 2 months to place an order with a steel manufacturer and receive the materials, and about 1 month to produce products in our process.
However, since we handle items with various steel grades and dimensions, the lead time may be greatly shortened if there are common usable materials. Please contact one of our salespeople.
- Can you propose cost reductions?
- Of course. We can make proposals from various aspects ranging from the mechanical properties of existing items to the characteristics of parts.
If you inform us of the desired unit price for an estimate, we will do our very best to meet it.
- Can you make prototypes?
- We can make prototypes according to customer needs.
However, making a prototype is based on mass-produced products being ordered in the future. If only prototype production is requested, we are not always able to make prototypes.
- How much is the minimum order quantity?
- We basically require 2 tons of products as the minimum order quantity.
The unit of materials delivered from steel manufacturers is two tons.
However, since we handle items of various steel grades and dimensions, we can accept orders less than 2 tons if there are common usable materials. Please contact one of our salespeople.
- What manufacturers can we work with?
- We work with almost all steelmakers in Japan.
The main manufacturers we work with are as follows:
(Kobe Steel, Ltd., Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation, JFE Steel Corporation, Daido Steel Co., Ltd., GODO STEEL, Ltd. Sanyo Special Steel Co., Ltd. and Nakayama Steel Works, Ltd.)
We can also procure overseas materials in some cases. Please consult with us if you have any special requests.
Precision Shafts
- How can we ask for an estimate?

- (1) Cold finished steel bars
We partially handle the products.
Please inform us of information such as the steel grade, diameter, dimensions, length and mechanical properties.
We can make proposals according to customers' applications and requests.
- (2) Hard chromium plated shafts
Steel grade with product inventory: S45C, S45C QT, KNR75, SCM435 QT
Standard specifications:
* We may not have some product inventory depending on the steel grade. Please feel free to contact us for consultation.
We partially handle products with 30μ plating film thickness. Please feel free to contact us for consultation.
- (3) Machined shafts
We can provide machined products corresponding to customer needs through tie-ups with our subcontract processing companies. We can quickly offer estimates. If you have processing drawing, etc., please contact us for consultation. We can hold consultations about processing costs, lead time and processing contents.
Please consult us for detailed contents of processing including machining, partial induction hardening, stress relief, polishing, hard chromium plating and surface treatment processing.
- What happens if we are far away?
- We can offer service to customers located far away. Since we can deliver products via route transportation through strong connections with transportation companies, please contact us for consultation.
- Tell us about the reference period from the order to delivery of products.
- The delivery date changes according to the products to supply and product inventory.
If there is a product inventory of standard length plating shafts, we can deliver them in about 2 to 4 days after receiving an order.
(Reference conditions: shipment by route transportation, delivery destination: within the Kinki region)

- How much is the minimum order quantity?
- The quantity unit changes according to the product to provide. For standard length plating shafts that are currently in inventory and on sale, we can provide them starting from one unit. Please feel free to contact us for consultation
- How about product packing?
- We provide products after packing with paper so that they are not damaged.
(In particular, we apply more rigorous packing to products for customers located far away.)
Since we include packing expenses from customers when making estimates, we can deliver products with stable quality. Our products are worry-free.
